The camera is average to good; depending on the quality you need. You would need a plugpoint close to the installing site as the included power cord is short. That limits the installation location choice.The App is bad and dumb. It hangs often, connect very slow to the camera for live feed, and has a badly designed application. Not user friendly at all. Also defies logic that if you have to reboot by any chance or add a new feed to a different phone (wait for it) you will have to climb up to the device on the ceiling and make the Qubo camera scan the QR code on the phone; which doesn’t work in one or two tries as the Qubo camera is not sensitive enough like a payment app to grab the QR code fast. How much thought must have gone into functionality to come up with a requirement like that, one can imagine.Now the worst of all. The camera may be putting its users at risk. It mandatorily asks for location services on your phone to be “on” during installation. There is no option to skip that process. Why would a CCTV company track your location on the phone, and keep a record of where you are going? Collecting data for sale? Even Apple or android don’t collect data like that.Another concern that I have is since the company has low security ethics and possibly collecting user data though the device in your private space, there might be a chance that the device may lead to private pictures and videos going online. Just because they are an Indian company (of Hero Group) deosn’t mean that that they are not going to make money out of you or completely protect your data. You could become the product here.My queries on location services and privacy where dismissed as infantile by the customer care department of Qubo. Which means that they never gave serious thoughts about the privacy or security of their customers.Be extremely cautious before buying.

Faulty camera, did not turn 360 as claimed, was stuck at around < 270 degree, did not detect micro SD for recording, did not connect to WiFi after inserting MicroSD.App gives up on live feed randomly. Camera controls doesn’t work smoothly from QUBO app

Camera quality is GoodVideo quality is Good (both Day and Night)Camera motion/motor sound is high which isn’t good thing, can be heard in live view and recorded videos.Connectivity issues are also there after setting up. Camera would be working on Android app but not on iOS.Qubo seriously needs to work on the App, as it is very BAD, Laggy and with lots of bugs. iOS App UI is different from Android, but functionality is same. Both have a lot of issues.

Customer service is very poor. Within few days of installation, camera rotates irratically facing wall. I called 3 times to customer care . But very disappointing response. They are not interested in solving issue but insisting visit of service engineer on chargable basis. Looks like supplying faulty camera to earn engineer visit fee is their business model. Do not go for this camera.
