Utterly Disappointing Product with Irresponsible After-Sales Support – Avoid Golens Digital smart Door Lock at All CostsI purchased the Golens smart door lock via Amazon in October 2024, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The issues began right from the outset. Although the product was delivered on time, the installation was delayed by 8 days. Once installed, we discovered that the WiFi module—an essential component—was missing from the package.After persistently following up for two days, the manufacturer finally dispatched the missing WiFi unit. However, to our surprise, no technician was sent to complete the setup. We were left with no choice but to call a local technician and incurred an additional Rs-1000/- to get the WiFi module installed.Initially, the lock functioned without problems, but after approximately 7 months, it suddenly became non-operational. The system completely locked us out—fingerprint access, passcode entry, and all other unlocking methods failed. We had to call in another technician just to gain access to our own home, which cost us Rs 3000/-.Since then, for the past 45 days, we have been tirelessly contacting both Amazon and the Golens customer service team, only to be met with complete apathy and zero resolution. Despite numerous calls and follow-ups, we have not received a single effective response or service visit.This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and financially draining. The product is unreliable, and the customer support is grossly unprofessional and unresponsive. I strongly caution all prospective buyers to stay away from Golens smart door locks. It may look promising initially, but it is plagued with poor quality and worse support. This has been one of the worst purchase I have ever made.😒😒😒

Good for offline show off..Very less online features.We can see the camera on the inside of lockNo option to see cam on mobile.No option to unlock from mobile directly..( need to generate one time code everytime to access a guest )Great battery life – it is working for 6 months for me in single charge( door is open and closed around 10 times per day)
